Happy Birthday Ethan Reed! Saturday was Ethan's 3rd birthday. He chose the breakfast menu, his favorite, Krispy Kreme chocolate covered doughnuts and milk. He watched Saturday morning cartoons, waiting for Dora the Explorer to come on at 11:30. Then we took him out to lunch at his favorite fast food restaurant. He couldn't decide. Andrew begged for him to choose McDonald's but he was on the fence. He wanted to go to Chick-fil-A (taking after his Grandmother arleady) but is heavily influenced by his big brother. So McDonald's it was, in the rain, heavy rain. A rainy Saturday and McDonald's playland are not the place Jason and I would like to have visited. Chaos! Birthday parties and tons of families. But Ethan enjoyed it tremendously. Then we headed over to our church's grand opening celebration. Just what Ethan could have wished for: a fun evening playing with his friends at his "new church".
Here are some pictures of his birthday party at GrandBobby's and Granmother's house over the Thanksgiving weekend. Thank you everyone for coming. Both Andrew and Ethan really love all the birthday presents. It's been like Christmas morning, just a few weeks early.
