It's Garage Sale Time in Tennessee!

Sorry that I haven't posted in a while. Saturday is my first ever garage sale. We're swamped under garage sale stuff. I've been busy pulling old clothes out of storage bins, cleaning out kitchen cabinets, linen closets, kids' closets, and more. Our newlywed friends, the Brockmans brought over enough furniture to fill an apartment. It filled up my garage, downstairs hallway and playroom. Truthfully, it did fill up an apartment, Brian's old one. But his old bachelor decor (mostly found at garbage dumps) didn't match Zerita's nicely decorated home.

Since I'm new to this whole underground movement of garage sale shoppers, I didn't expect the doorbell to ring at 10:30 this morning. Two sweet ladies, one in her 90's the other in her 60's asked to get a sneek preview of the sale items. They scaveged my playroom and garage like they'd done it a million other times. After negotiating, loading up their car, and corralling my children back in the house, I realized that I made $105.00. Thank goodness I opened the door and let them in. It reminds me to always be spontaneous!

So to all my local bloggers, come shopping at my house tomorrow. I'm bound to have something you want.
