Introducing Caleb Trent Hill!

Sorry for the delay in posting. It wasn't that we forgot or are too busy with 4 children now, it was that our local internet provider was having problems and we had to schedule a technician to come out to fix the problem.

So here he is! We named him Caleb Trent Hill. Andrew decided on the name Trent and Jason and I agreed especially after discovering that Trent was a family name. The older siblings even voted on whether they all agreed to name him Caleb Trent. Andrew initiated the vote, they all raised their hands, then cheered when they realized that all 3 kids loved the name Caleb Trent.

After a few weeks of contractions, we scheduled the induction date for Tuesday January 15. Everything went very smoothly. He was a whooping 8 lbs. 10 oz. and 20 3/4 inches long. He has long black hair and looks a lot like his big sister. He resembles Andrew in the face. He has long fingers and hands and his feet are so long that they hardly fit on the sticker. He looks more like a 3 month old than a newborn.

The siblings absolutely love him. Hannah keeps saying, "he's a pretty baby." Ethan's the baby hog of the family. He has been beside him every waking moment. Andrew loves him too but is not so smothering as Ethan.

I'm doing absolutely great! I had a few days of pain in my back where the epideral was put in, but a few doses of tylenol helped tremendously. My church friends have already started bringing meals and my mom is here until Monday.

Shelley and Jason! He's beautiful, er...handsome! Hannah is right! Congratulations and we cannot wait to meet Caleb in person. Love, the Bradshaws.
