Happy 4th of July everyone! Here are some pictures from our last minute trip to Memphis. There's nothing like getting a phone call from family begging you to come see them!!!!! And to my surprise, Jason was able to get off from work and we left the very next afternoon. The trip in the new Sienna went great. We made much better time than my last trip home with a nursing infant and sick children.
New things that the kids learned/did....
Caleb started crawling! He's only 5 months old and he crawled for the the tv remote of course. He HAS to follow in his 2 big brother's footsteps. Now all three boys took their first crawl forward after the remote. Too cute!
The kids' cousin Caitie taught Andrew had to do flips underwater.
My brother Jason talked Hannah in to playing actually in the pool and not just throwing all the toys in to watch them sink.
Ethan learned how to be braver in the pool and was getting closer to swimming on his own.
The best part of the trip was seeing family again!!!!!!!
But next time, NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO BEG US TO STAY JUST ONE MORE DAY in front of Ethan. It really meant a lot to us that you want us to stay but it literally broke Ethan's heart. He cried all the way home from Danver's Rest. Then, he lied down on his bed at Grandmother's and cried while we packed and then he cried on I-40 as we drove home. It was just heart wrenching. And nothing would help. So next trip we're all going to give hugs and kisses and be HAPPY as we leave each other. Please???!!!
