Healthy Living Expo

Th kids and I headed out to the Healthy Living Expo a few weeks ago specifically to see our "Knoxville" Grandmother, Mrs. Linda. Linda and her husband Bill had been asked to do a little Tai Chi demonstration at the Convention Center during the Expo that weekend. Remember Linda was my former neighbor who lived in the cute little Cape Cod next to mine.

Here are some cute pictures of Linda and Bill and the kids doing some Tai Chi. The kids loved their time there. They got to do some Tai Chi, bounce in an inflatable toy, received tons of pencils, hats, etc and even climb a climbing wall.
