Wild Mustang

If you've been around Caleb Trent at all, you know his personality. He's strong willed, wild, stubborn, lovable, bold, and carefree- just like a wild pony. I nicknamed him Crocodile Caleb at birth because of the way he ate. That's another issue. He can eat like a horse. But my stocky toddler has a new nickname. It's Mustang. My wild mustang bucks, kicks, jumps and tries to run for freedom. Freedom from the stroller belt, car booster seat belt, table booster chair, crib, doors, stair gate anything hindering his ability to run like a wild pony away from the things that tie you down. But now, there's going to be a change! This wild mustang is going to be broken. You see, his mother has pulled out the cowgirl hat, saddle, rope, and her own strong will to break this pony down. With God's strength, grace and endurance leading the way, I will have this boy under submission. But I need one thing from all of you reading this. PRAYERS!!!!! Please remember to pray for me, for us and especially Caleb. We covet your prayers. We need them desperately. I am so tired of this struggle. I wake up thinking about how I will do things like survive PE class or a soccer practice with mustang boy each day. I have been losing each round to the 'stang and desire a change. So will you join me? PLEASE PRAY FOR US!
