Hannah's First Bike

It's a Barbie style pink and purple bike covered in flowers... just what any 5 year old girl would wish for. That's what Hannah received yesterday. Jason put on the training wheels last night and she was out in the cul-de-sac bright and early testing it out. She's so little (33lbs. and 40 in. tall) that she will need the training wheels for a while because her sweet little toes just don't reach the ground. The bike's a little heavy for her too, but she's making do. She was riding around the street learning how to turn and use the brakes for a few minutes with joy and only her parents watching, but the joy quickly faded until she could have "her boys" out there with her. So they quickly ate breakfast, got dressed and ran outside to ride the circles with her and cheer her on. Then, all was well in the world of Hannah.
