Queen Molly the cat

Molly our cat holds a VERY special place in our hearts. The kids love her. She is a catdog to us. Half cat and half dog. She cries and cries to be let outside to play when the kids are out. She follows them all around the cul de sac like a dog. She's normally found in the same room that we are. She loves to be around people just like a dog.

Just the other night, as we were packing for our Memphis trip, Ethan put her in his suitcase on a pillow and surprisingly, she stayed there. She even fell asleep there. So the kids of course had to sleep right beside her too. It was one big sleep over. They slept in their sleeping bags or bean bags all snuggled up on all sides of Molly. She was in heaven!

Then a few days later, she was not. The kids and I left for Memphis and she left home too. She needed kids and love and since Jason was at work, she adopted a new family, our neighbors, the Tardys. They are the kids' best friends and love Molly too. Mrs. Tardy even watched out for Molly taking her home to be let in for food and water. She slept on their front porch on their chair and was found there 24/7 until we arrived home. Then, she was picked up by Hannah, taken in for food and slept on Hannah's bed all through the night. By morning, she was fed, well loved, and was crying to go out and play alongside the kids outside, again.
