Monday the 14th was a busy day for the Hills. Andrew's first day of school was followed by Andrew's first soccer clinic. We joined a local church league and came out with the rest of Knoxville for an exhibition clinic. Kindergarteners and first graders were to arrive at 5:30pm and "show off" their skills (or lack of) until 6:15 when the next age bracket of kids would arrive. To our excitement, we ran in to two of our pastors and numerous families who were all there signing their kids up for soccer too. One good friend and a pastor are actually going to coach one of the teams in Andrew's age level. Yipee! So we got to request that Andrew would be placed on their team. Andrew's good friend Preston was also there. They had a blast even in 90+ degree weather. But as Andrew says, "it was hard work." Wish you could have seen those pink flushed chipmunk cheeks. Too cute!
