Dove Season is Open

Friday September 1 was the opening day of dove deason. Jason normally takes the boys hunting with some other men from church. Well, the boys don't hunt, they only make it harder for their daddy to hunt. They scare everything away being LOUD little boys. But these early years are the "training years" as I've learned. They don't shoot the guns (yet) but are in training to one day shoot. They watch, ask questions, and get to fetch the kill. Sound like great fun.

Today is Labor Day and guess where my boys are? Hunting again! I must say that I don't mind now that I have Hannah. I get to go do girly things for a long time too. The boys are gone from about 3pm until 9pm. Friday afternoon, I cleaned the garage uninterrupted since Hannah was napping. It was on my FlyLady cleaning calendar. Then we went and ran errands, shopped, ate dinner out, watched tv and had a nice relaxing evening. So what should I do today? Hmm. More shopping? Sure, why not. Maybe I'll find some great deals.
