Thanksgiving

I'm officially done with my 4 Thanksgiving desserts.  This year I made Paula Deen's pumpkin pie, my homemade apple pie,  homemade chocolate chip cookie bars and sugar cookies.  Two desserts for the grown ups and two for all the kids.

The sugar cookies will be made into fall harvest corn complete with white icing, multi colored m & m's and wrapped in a green fruit roll up.  We made them years ago and since the boys didn't remember them, I though it would be a great time filler for the kids as they wait for lunch tomorrow at my parents' home.

For the craft we will be making tiny bow and arrows from popsicle sticks, dental floss and Q-tips.   While the moms are cooking tomorrow,  I hope to get the dads making these for the kids.   I'll take pictures after to show you our finished bows.

I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
