Sorry for the delay in posts. We've been busy little beavers around here. Here's a sample list of some of the things we've done the first week of 2011.

Completed 5 days of school and work

Redecorated the school room with paper snowflakes and mittens hanging from the mantle.

Andrew and Ethan started basketball season at our church

Had dinner over at our neighbors' home, the Tardys

Had our first care group meeting of 2011 at the house

Shelley attended a teacher's training meeting at church

and of course the million and bazillion loads of laundry and dishes,

meals cooked,

house cleaned,

kids' bathed,

papers graded,

miles on the treadmill,

and lastly the every day care of animals on the "Hill Farm."

I'm not complaining in the least. Actually, I am very thankful to be in a position to stay at home with the kids and teach them personally and care for my home. It is a blessing from the Lord! I just was recounting the reasons why I got behind this week in posting on the blog. But I have already downloaded some fun pictures from New Year's Eve for your enjoyment.
