We're back from vacation. Glad to be home, but have great memories! So here's the start of posting pictures and stories from our trip to Germantown. The first "outing" was to the Memphis Zoo where we finally become Zoo Members for the hefty price tag of $76.00. It's a transferrable membership to the Knoxville Zoo. So all my Knoxville friends can invite me to the zoo with them now. Memphis was unbearably HOT that day! They had a heat wave of close to 100. On the way home we saw a sign that said the temp was 104, but that was on the interstate. A little miserable to say the least. Here are some pictures from the zoo trip. The best part was going home to cool off in Grandmother and GrandBobby's pool. I'll post pictures of that tomorrow.

We just got a zoo membership here in Alabama. It only costs $40 here for a year membership, which is just a slight bit more than buying 1 day tickets for the whole family!! It's a bargain. I'm glad you had fun!
We'll defintely go to the zoo - when it cools off! How about October? :)
